Older station panels
Lift-station and plant panels are often built around parts that are no longer made. Rather than redesign a panel to replace one starter or relay, send us the part number from the component's label; we'll check our shelves and our sourcing network. For a whole panel's worth of parts, send the list.
Safety first: pump and station controls should be worked on only by qualified personnel following lockout/tagout, with confined-space and other site procedures where they apply.
Spares for critical pumps
A lift station with two pumps runs without redundancy the moment one drive or starter fails. Keeping a spare of the drives, starters and PLC cards that appear across many stations shortens that window, and standardizing on a few part families makes each spare cover more sites.
