Cleanout questions
Where do you work?
Nationwide. We have teams across the country, so a plant in another state is handled the same way as one down the road from our Texas warehouse.
Do you only take the electrical parts?
No. We buy the MRO, electrical and automation inventory, and we arrange for the rest to be cleared so the building is handed back empty and broom-clean.
Can you work to a lender's or landlord's deadline?
Yes. Tell us the handback date when you request the walkthrough and the plan is built around it.
