Free shipping in the lower 48

• Ground shipping is free to the 48 contiguous United States.
• Ships today if ordered by 3 PM CT on a business day, at no extra charge.
• Ordered after 3 PM CT? Choose late same-day shipping ($50.00) at checkout before 4:30 PM CT on a business day and your order still ships today. Otherwise it ships the next business day.
• Business days are Mon–Fri 9 AM–3:30 PM CT. Orders placed on weekends or office holidays ship the next business day. Upcoming office holidays: Thu, Nov 26, Fri, Nov 27, Thu, Dec 24, Fri, Dec 25, Fri, Jan 1, 2027, Mon, May 31, 2027, Mon, Jul 5, 2027, Mon, Sep 6, 2027.
• Freight, expedited and other shipping we quote after packing ships once the quote is paid.
• You get an email with the tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping we quote after packing

Expedited and freight shipping are quoted after your order is packed, at our negotiated wholesale UPS rates – the most competitive rate we can offer.

• Expedited (next day, 2nd day, 3-day): choose it at checkout. You pay for the item, we pack it, weigh it and email the exact rate with a “Pay & ship” link.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and PO boxes: quoted the same way after packing.
• International: check out as usual with your address – see International orders below.
• Freight (heavy or large items): use the freight quote form. Tell us about the delivery site up front – loading dock, forklift, liftgate, limited-access locations, receiving hours and whether you want to use your own carrier – so the quote has no surprises.

We quote within 1 hour during business hours (Mon–Fri 9–3:30 CT).

International orders

We ship worldwide, except to countries and regions under US sanctions or export restrictions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Russia, Belarus and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine).

• Check out as usual: choose your country at checkout and pay for the items by card, in US dollars (USD).
• Shipping is quoted after we pack your order (USPS/UPS international). Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are paid by the buyer on delivery. We email the shipping price with a “Pay & ship” link; your order ships as soon as it is paid.
• No US sales tax on orders shipped outside the US. Your country's customs may charge import duties, taxes (VAT/GST) and a brokerage fee; the carrier collects them from you.
• Insurance, signature confirmation, extra packing and extra photos are available at checkout. Blind shipping isn't: the customs form carries our name and the value.
• We fill in the customs form truthfully (contents, value paid, country of origin). We can't mark goods as a gift or declare a lower value.
• Freight (pallets, heavy items) abroad: use the international quote form.
• Delivery times depend on the carrier and your country's customs; we can't promise a delivery date.
