Payment & tax exemption

Cards

We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card is processed by our payment processor over a secure connection; we never see or store your full card number.

Bank account (ACH)

Orders of $1,000.00 or more can also be paid from a US bank account (ACH) on the secure payment page. Bank payments take 2–3 business days to complete; your items ship when the payment completes.

Sales tax

• Orders shipped to Texas (or picked up in Princeton): 8.25% sales tax on the items and shipping.
• Orders shipped to other states: no sales tax is charged at this time.

Tax-exempt buyers

Resellers and exempt organizations can buy tax-free. Upload your exemption or resale certificate at checkout. We check it before your card is charged: your card is only authorized when you order, and once we approve the certificate the order is charged with $0 tax. If we can't approve it we'll contact you before charging anything. Certificates are kept on file for future orders.
