Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on kivparts.com. The seller is DFW Liquidators LLC, doing business as KIV Industrial Parts, 2940 FM 1377, Princeton, TX 75407.
Products and conditions
We sell surplus, used, refurbished and new-surplus industrial parts. Each listing shows the item's condition and photos of the actual unit. See item conditions. KIV Industrial Parts is not an authorized distributor of any manufacturer, and manufacturer warranties do not apply (see the trademark disclaimer).
Prices and availability
- Prices are in US dollars. Shipping in the lower 48 is free; other shipping and add-ons are shown at checkout or quoted after packing (see shipping).
- Our items are also offered on other sales channels, so an item can sell elsewhere at the same moment you order it. If that happens, we cancel that item and refund it in full right away.
- We correct obvious pricing or listing errors. If an error affects your order, we contact you before shipping and refund in full if you prefer.
10% price match
If you find the same part, in the same condition and in stock, offered for less by another US seller, send us the link before you order. We will match that price when it is within 10% of ours. Our prices include free shipping to the lower 48 states, so we compare delivered prices: the other seller's price plus their shipping charge. For an item sold as a lot (“Lot of 10”), compare the price of the same quantity. Auctions, marketplace “best offer” prices and prices that need a membership are not included. Orders, payment and cancellation
- Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email.
- Payment options and sales tax are explained on the payment page.
- You can cancel an order from the order status page until it is packed. The refund goes to your original payment method.
- We don't offer volume discounts, minimum orders or offers on listed prices. For quantities or parts not listed, request a quote.
Shipping, risk and title
Items ship as described on the shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the order. Inspect deliveries promptly and tell us about any damage within 48 hours.
Returns
Returns are handled under our returns & warranty policy.
Use of products
Industrial electrical equipment must be installed and tested by qualified people following the applicable codes and the manufacturer's instructions. Check that a part is right for your application, including series, firmware and ratings, before you install it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as downtime, lost production, lost profits or installation costs.
Export
You agree to follow US export control and sanctions laws. We do not ship to sanctioned countries or regions or to restricted parties, and we may cancel and refund an order that we can't lawfully ship. International orders: you are the importer and pay any import duties, taxes and brokerage fees; the customs declaration states the contents and the value you paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that order.
